This Week @ The Flower Tree
August 15 - August 21
I am out the door, on my way to Chicago and Portland, bags are packed and the umbrella in tow as it looks like a week of stormy weather is ahead. I'm still a Florida girl at heart though, so I am definitely looking forward to some thunderstorms. If you have placed a pre-order for Fall planting I will do my very best to find a perfect tree for you during this trip.

We received an absolutely stunning shipment of garden mums yesterday. Every color you could want to fill in a hole in your flower beds or dress up a pot on the patio. Easy to grow, they love the sun and heat. Best part, mums are perennial, coming back year after year even larger and more beautiful.

Another hot week ahead of you here in Fallon though, so remember to keep an eye on your watering of new plantings, and don't forget....it's always cool in the gift shop. Stop in and see some of the wonderful new arrivals we just unpacked. See you when I return, Susan

Join us for a wonderful reading by Miss Donna, crafts and garden projects - Ages 2 - 8
(there is no charge for this summer gardening camp, however, please email us if you plan on attending. As you can see from the picture, the group has really grown! We are thrilled with the turnout, we just want to make sure to have enough craft supplies, helpers & snacks on hand.
